Stephanie is dedicated to helping you move with intention, improve flexibility, balance and strength and reconnect with your body and breath.  Through the practice of mat Pilates, Stephanie supports you to achieve a variety of health benefits such as core strengthening, enhanced posture, increased flexibility, boost in muscle toning, improved balance and coordination, and stress reduction.
